The new BJP government in West Bengal should launch BuddhiDAO/26 — a national competition for implementable ideas to rapidly improve Bengal, backed by major cash prizes and public recognition.

Open to citizens of India who resides, or used to reside, in Bengal.

The brief:

In exactly 260 characters, propose one idea that:

• can dramatically improve the economy or public morale,

• can be jointly executed by State & Centre within 3 years,

• is lawful, practical, and socially workable.

Bengal does not lack intelligence.

It lacks implementable acceleration.
